Canberra 'Eight' Steel Shed
The Canberra 'Eight' Apex Steel Shed (8ft wide) is a great value metal sheds. The Canberra 'Eight' metal shed is available in 5 sizes: 8x3, 8x5, 8x6, 8x7 and 8x9, and all are manufactured throughout with 'hot-dipped' galvanised steel. All models in the Canberra range are supplied sprayed with a maintenance-free 2-coat paint finish - Dark Green with White Trim. Lockable sliding doors are supplied as standard, and a range of optional extras are available. Our Canberra 'Eight' steel sheds feature vented gables to help combat condensation, and are designed with uncomplicated assembly in mind. The buildings are designed to have lasting good looks, and won't crack or warp. They are both rot and rodent proof and require only minimal maintenance. The Canberra 'Eight' Shed is supplied with a manufacturers 20-year non-perforation guarantee.

Quality Construction
All buildings in this Canberra range are manufactured using 'hot-dipped' galvanized G550 High Tensile Steel Sheets, with a thickness of 0.30mm, clad onto a a mild steel frame up to 0.7mm thick. They are substantially heavier and sturdier than other 'thin clad steel sheds' such as the equivalent Arrow buildings. Dipping the steel sheets into a bath of hot zinc ensures that all parts and edges are coated, and the coating is thicker and longer lasting than electro-galvanised sheds. A 12-year 'non-perforation' warranty is supplied and backed up by the manufacturer. The galvanized steel sheets are then over-painted with an epoxy primer and a polyester top coat.

Maintenance
The Canberra Apex Steel Sheds are designed to be almost maintenance-free. Only an occasional wipe down and oiling of hinges is required. No painting or preservative is needed.

Doors and Locking System
The double sliding doors on the Canberra 'Eight' range open to 104cm wide, and when closed the handles come together to allow the doors to be padlocked (padlock optional).

Straight-forward Assembly
These buildings are supplied in a flat-pack modular design with smaller panels allowing for easy transportation through your house or garage! Assembly is straight-forward for the competent DIY'er, and no professional experience is necessary. Normally 2 people can usually complete the job in about 4-5 hours.
