Florada Modular Apex Garages
The Florada range of Modular Wooden Garages is ideal for those situations where you have something a bit heavier to store; maybe a ride-on mower, motorcycle or small car. These buildings are designed to be used in conjunction with a concrete floor. The treated timber bearers are ideal to set on top of a concrete floor or around the edges with concrete set between them. Featuring double door opening the access to these buildings is excellent. Like all Florada products Garages are made using our modular system which eliminates virtually all access issues, and feature real timber roofs. Our modular garages are available in 6 sizes - 9x6 up to 9x21. All are supplied with a double door and 12mm thick timber.

Quality Construction
The Modular Garages are manufactured with 32 x 32mm framing, and are called modular because they are supplied in separate 3' wide sections for easier handling, and can be erected to suit your requirements by positioning the interchangeable plain or window sections to any layout. These models come with 12mm shiplap cladding throughout. No windows are supplied as standard.

No Preservative
All sheds in the Modular range are supplied untreated, ready for you to apply a preservative treatment of your choice.

Doors and Locking System
Double doors are supplied with an external padbolt ready for a padlock.

Straight-forward Assembly
These buildings are supplied in flat-pack form. Only basic tools are required, and no professional experience is necessary. Normally 2 people can usually complete the job in 4-6 hours.
