Shire Buckingham Summerhouse
The Shire Buckingham Summerhouse is a superb value summer house made with T&G walls, floor AND roof! It is supplied with or without the optional verandah, and will fit a compact area of your garden beautifully. It comes pre-treated with a honey coloured preservative and glass windows. The Buckingham is available without a verandah 7x7, or with at 9x7, has been manufactured from smooth planed white pine from sustainable forests, and it comes pre-treated with a honey coloured preservative basecoat, but to ensure a long life we recommend that a top coat treatment is applied. One large opening glass window and three-quarter glazed double-doors allow in plenty of light. The opening window can be placed on either side of the building.

Quality Construction
The Shire Buckingham Summerhouse is manufactured with 35 x 35mm framing. All models come with 12mm thick tongue & groove cladding on the walls, floor AND roof. One opening side window is supplied as standard.

No Preservative
All sheds in the Shire garden building range are supplied pre-treated inside and out with a quality, honey-coloured, non-toxic preservative base coat. This ensures that your garden building is ready to accept any preservative colour of your choice.

Doors and Locking System
A double door 1360mm wide is supplied, complete with a black iron door latch.

Straight-forward Assembly
These buildings are supplied in a flat-pack modular design with smaller panels allowing for easy transportation through your house or garage! Assembly is straight-forward for the competent DIY'er, and no professional experience is necessary. Normally 2 people can usually complete the job in 4-6 hours.

Optional Extras
This garden building is supplied as a full kit, complete with all necessary fixings, fastenings glazing and roofing materials. No optional extras are available for this model.
