Shire Stork Little House
The Stork Kids Playhouse is a special building. Not only is it pretty, but it's optional high platform adds an opportunity for kids to look down on their parents! The ladder can be positioned at either side to best suit your garden. The Stork comes compete with a 2ft verandah canopy and 2 opening safety windows and comes pre-treated with a honey coloured preservative basecoat, but to ensure a long life we recommend that a top coat treatment is applied. Mineral roofing felt and Perspex® safety windows are included as standard. The Shire Stork Playhouse has been manufactured using smooth planed white pine from sustainable forests, and is available in 1 size; 6x6. It has 12mm shiplap weatherboarding on the walls, 12mm t&g timber floor, 35x35mm framing, 11mm OSB roof, and opening mortice & tenon window as standard. This playhouse has been manufactured to British Standard BS5665 EN71 for your child's safety.

Quality Construction
The Shire Stork Little House or Playhouse is manufactured with 35 x 35mm framing. It comes with 12mm thick tongue & groove cladding on the walls and floor, with an 11mm solid sheet OSB roof, and a 12" verandah overhang. Two opening styrene windows are supplied as standard, and a matching fixed styrene window is fitted in the door.

Preservative
All models in the Shire garden building range are supplied pre-treated inside and out with a quality, honey-coloured, non-toxic preservative base coat. This ensures that your garden building is ready to accept any preservative colour of your choice. The building show above has been painted for photographic purposes only.

Doors and Locking System
A single door 520mm wide is supplied with a black iron pull handle. A styrene glazed window is fitted in the door. No locking mechanism has been included.

Straight-forward Assembly
These buildings are supplied in a flat-pack modular design with smaller panels allowing for easy transportation through your house or garage! Assembly is straight-forward for the competent DIY'er, and no professional experience is necessary. Normally 2 people can usually complete the job in 2-4 hours.

Optional Extras
This garden building is supplied as a full kit, complete with all necessary fixings, fastenings glazing and roofing materials. The 3ft high stilted platform, and a window box is available as an optional extra for this model,
